Shelley Dignum • President

Shelley Dignum oversees the innovation, integration and implementation of value-based marketing strategies for small businesses with a particular focus on branding and brand integrity. She is responsible for the concept development and design process, relationship management and marketing metrics.

Shelley earned her Masters degree in Marketing from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. Her professional marketing experience includes directorship and management roles for various educational institutions.

In her spare time, Shelley performs with a local dance company, and enjoys photography, the beach and investing in people.

Beverly Butusov • Accounting

Beverly has an extensive background in the Accounting industry and is well-versed in managing the bookkeeping needs of small businesses.

She has over twenty years accounting experience in a variety of different types of business. She has worked with manufacturing, construction, non-profit, tax preparation, condo associations and other services. Throughout all these experiences, Beverly has maintained a strict attention to detail while accurately recording all financial information. She excels at setting priorities and utilizing resources accurately and efficiently complete all projects.

Phillip Pidgeon • Accounting

Phillip Pidgeon is responsible for accounting services and preparation of business and personal income taxes. He provides tax research and coordinates with advisors. In addition, Phillip has trained clients with Quickbooks and Peachtree software.

He is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a BS degree in Finance and the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a BS degree in Accounting. Phillip has over 20 years of professional experience in the accounting and financial fields, including 3 years experience as a Chief Financial Officer for a broker dealer.

In his spare time, Phillip enjoys spending time with his wife and their two Shelties. Phillip also enjoys traveling, movies and bicycle riding.

Luke Haydel • Graphic/Web Designer

Luke executes the design portion of each marketing project. With a bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Web design from The University of Tampa, and one in Business Administration from Flagler College, Luke loves to make business owners proud of their visual brand.

Graphic design is not just a job for Luke. It is an absolute passion, which makes it hard to leave the comfort of his digital world sometimes. He loves to spend time with his girlfriend, eat amazingly tasty food, be social, travel as much as possible, drive with the windows down, take pictures, listen to inspiring music, and so much more.
